ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Send photos that measure 4 X 6 up to 8 X 10.
- An original photo will work best, however color copies can be used if printed on photographic quality paper.
- Lightly print your name and address on the back of each photo using a dry marker.
- Your photo will be returned to you with your order. Do not cut your original photograph.
- When calculating the quantities that you will need, we suggest 1 per couple/family.
- All wedding favor orders must be prepaid. Please mail completed order form, favorite photo and a check made payable to Sound Expressions to this address:

Unless an error was made on our part, no refunds will be given as these items cannot be resold. At our discretion, we have the right to refuse any photos that are distasteful in any way.
Additional Information:
- Your personalized, photo on your CD will be in black and white. Color photos will be converted to black and white.
- No CD labels are used. Your image will be burned directly onto each CD.
- Your original photo will be returned to you with your order.
- If you need your order in less than 7 days, please EXPRESS the shipping on your order. ($21.20)
- Polaroid photos do not produce good results.
- Minimum Order is 50.
